You list 3dsMax as one of the programs used.. but I can't pick anything out that looks like a render. So I'm guessing you rendered the image then painted over it, which if true is a very interesting idea, and it works well here. Like everyone else, I too cannot wait to see what this will look like finished considering the high caliber that it is right now.
